Located in Holtsville Long Island there is a condo community called Greenbelt Mews.
This established Suffolk County community run by a homeowner’s association is located by Patchogue-Holbrook Road East on Greenbelt Parkway and a right on Bluepoint Road. Built in 1985, Greenbelt Mews At Holtsville Long Island is surrounded by Blue Point Road, Woodmont Ct and Sheila Ct. The Lakes At Honey Hollow is a townhouse community located in Hauppauge Long Island.
Built in 1987, students living in this Suffolk County community can attend the Hauppauge School District #6. You can reach The Lakes At Honey Hollow from the Long Island Expressway Exit 55N. On Motor Parkway make the 1st right turn onto Old Willets Path and approximately 1 mile to the Entry gate on the left. There is a code-gated call system at the entry and as you drive through the community on Kristin Lane you pass a relaxing gazebo and beautiful pond. Each unit at Leisure Glen has an attached garage, patio, central air conditoning, gas heat and medical emergency systems. Leisure Glen has a 24 hour attended entry gatehouse and paved private roads. Lattingtown Ponds is a private community situated around Athem Drive, Robin Court, Cardinal Court, Sparrow Court, and Swan Court and is across the road from the Glen Cove Golf Course.

The Greens in Melville is an active 55 and over retirement community in Suffolk County on Long Island’s North Shore.
You can reach The Greens by the Long Island Expressway Exit 50 or the Northern State Parkway Exit 41. Opened in 2003, The Greens in Melville is a gated community featuring 24 hour security. The Greens monitors those who enter and exit the community providing a secure environment for the residents.
There is a variety of housing styles at The Greens in Melville. The Villas are 2 semi-attached homes with three designs including a ranch, a two story with master on the main level, and a colonial with all bedrooms on the upper floor. Each of these Villas has a 2 car garage, some may have a basement, and some have golf views. These Villas are at the higher end of the pricing structure at The Greens. The next group are the Townhouses. These are 4 attached townhomes grouped together. The interior units have a 1 car garage, and the 2 end units have a 2 car garage. The master bedroom is on the main level, and some of these townhomes may have a basement and some have an elevator up to the loft area. The most affordable units at The Greens are the condos. These are all attached units with 2cozy floor plans either on the upper or lower level. These do not have any garage space, but there is ample parking in front of the condo.
Living at The Greens is a leisure style with the added pleasure of plenty amenities. There is a spacious active clubhouse that includes an indoor pool, a fitness center, card rooms, media room, a restaurant, and lounge.
