We are currently living in a 55+ rental community in Port Jefferson Station, Fairfield Knolls North. The rents are becoming so high, and so we are looking to RENT a 2 bdr. condo in the St. James, Stony Brook area. Please email me if there are any available.

There are 2 rentals in St James. One is a 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bath with garage for 1,600 per month, and the other is a 2 bedroom 2 bath (no garage) for $1795 per month. Strathmore Gate has a 2 bedroom renta with 1.5 baths (no garage & no pets) at 1,200 per month. We will send you photos of the Stony Brook unit under separate email.
