The first one built in 2000 is Country Pointe Condos in Nesconset Long Island located off Middle Country Road, just East of Route 347. As you drive up to the Gatehouse at Country Pointe there is a 24 hour guardhouse.
Located in Nesconset Long Island’s Suffolk County, Country Pointe is a condominium that offers all residents a clubhouse, gym, and tennis courts. There were several different models built at Country Pointe including 1 level condos either on the 1st or 2nd floor, and 2 story townhouses. According to public records, condos and townhouses sold in 2008 in a range between $380,000 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath Belmont model to $525,000 for a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath Woodbine model.
Country Pointe Smithtown North is located off Route 347 and Browns Road and was built in 2003. This too is a 24/7 manned-gated community. Two models were constructed at Country Pointe North, the Brookfied townhouse and the Arden with master bedroom on the main level. Some of the amenities at Country Pointe N are a pool, clubhouse, gym, card room, bocci and tennis, and this is a pet friendly community. Checking public records for the year 2008, condos at Country Pointe North sold between 514,000 to 550,000 for Brookfield designs.
