Some may be either attached upper or lower units, some are in quads, and when available some ranch. There are no 2 story townhouses here, but there are 1 and 2 car garages. All units have central air conditioning and gas heat and there are beautiful ponds throughout the community. At the Waterways there are many amenities including the clubhouse, the outdoor heated pool, tennis courts, gym, card rooms, and the marina. When available, there are boat slips at an extra fee. When checking public records and the multiple listing service, units at The Waterways had sales in 2008 between $275,000 to $468,000.
