According to public records for the year 2008 a townhouse at Northwood Estates at Huntington Long Island sold for $530,000.

Hello:
I am interested in learning more about 55+ communities.. preferably an “affordable” appointed housing. I am 58, work full time in a law firm , earn a decent living but got thrown into the living alone situation and would love to live in a community where there is some sort of lifestyle. I have a dog so it must be dog friendly, as well as preferably close as possible to Roslyn as that’s where I work… Do you know of any affordable in Nassau county? I like the Greens and that would be the type of environment I’d like to be in…
