We are former L.I. residents currently living in Fl.,(in a 55+) we are considering moving back to L.I., can you give me any info on what condo’s are available in Leisure Village in Ridge, N.Y.? Also I would like to have the break down of the maintenance charges and just what it covers. Also prices of 2bd,2bh,garage, and of course MOST IMPORTANTLY taxes.
