We are former L.I. residents currently living in Fl.,(in a 55+) we are considering moving back to L.I., can you give me any info on what condo’s are available in Leisure Village in Ridge, N.Y.? Also I would like to have the break down of the maintenance charges and just what it covers. Also prices of 2bd,2bh,garage, and of course MOST IMPORTANTLY taxes. We rented a house at birchwood at springlake in middle island (long island, NY) last summer. We liked the neighbourhood very much. We are from Turkey and not a US resident or a citizen. Our kids are US citizens and we want them to spend the summers in the US.Therefore, interested to buy a house in NY. Please let us know if there is any available houses for sale at this place and the conditions for non US citizens to buy a house in the US and using mortgage.

I am looking to relocate to LI in the next few months. I would prefer a condo, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, garage, w/d in the home. My son and his family are in West Hempstead, so I would like to be within 30 minutes drive. I am not opposed to a small house, if the situation is right.
