 Built in 1986, The Mews can be reached by The Long Island Expressway Exit 36 S on Searingtown Road.  Each townhouse here at The Mews has a 2 car garage, a full basement, central air conditioning and gas heat.  Situated on Morley Court within the Herricks School District, The Mews welcomes pets.  Townhouses do not become available often, but according to public records for 2008, there were sales at The Mews in North Hills Long Island between $800.000 to $997,000.

The street names in the neighborhood are Finch, Mallard, Arch, Cardinal Lane and Toehee Place.  There are no garages here, but there is ample parking.  The monthly common charge includes taxes, heat, gas cooking, water, landscaping, snow removal and trash pickup.  The Woodlands is close to major roadways, shopping and transportation.  According to public records for 2009, The Woodlands Co-op in Islip Long Island had sales between $92,500 for a studio apartment to $232,000 for a 2 bedroom co-operative.

bretton Bretton Woods is an established golf condominium community in Coram New York.

It can be reached by the Long Island Expressway Exit 63N, make a right turn onto Mooney Pond Road and up to the gatehouse at Bretton Woods Drive.  Bretton Woods is a 24 hour guard gated community with garden ground level and upper units, ranch and 2 story townhouse designs. The community is situated in Suffolk County and was built in the 1970’s and 1980’s so a resale may need some updating.

Bretton Woods offers a clubhouse, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts,  gym, library, card room, billiards, bowling, and Nick & Gina’s In The Woods Restaurant and Snack Bar.  If you are looking to buy at Bretton Woods, there is an “Entrance Assessment” fee to receive your community passes. Students living here attend either the Middle Country School District #11 or the Longwood School District #12.  The monthly common charge fee is determined on the size of  the unit.  According to public records for 2009, there were closed sales at Bretton Woods in Coram New York between $157,000 to $315,000.
