The Villas is a 24 hour Guard-Gated Townhouse community that was built in 1986. These are 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom Townhouses. Each has a basement, an attached garage, central air conditioning and electric heat. There are 3 floor plans which are the A, B and C designs.  The “A” unit, (Ashton) is the smallest with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. The Villas at The Greens in Melville are at the higher price structures for the community and are the largest. They consist of semi-attached homes, both 2 story designs and ranch floor plans, with 2 or 3 bedrooms. All the Villas have 2 car garages, some have basements, and some havethe greens melville golf course views. 

The Townhouses are 4-attached homes grouped together in a quad.
