You can reach the community by The Long Island Expressway Exit 49S. Take a right on Old Walt Whitman Road and The Villas is the 3rd community on the right. It’s near the business and shopping district of Route 110.

The Villas is a 24 hour Guard-Gated Townhouse community that was built in 1986. These are 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom Townhouses. Each has a basement, an attached garage, central air conditioning and electric heat. There are 3 floor plans which are the A, B and C designs.  The “A” unit, (Ashton) is the smallest with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Woodridge Strathmore Terrace is an established over 55 community in Mt. Sinai Long Island and Suffolk County New York.

Opened in 1974, Woodridge Strathmore Terrace can be reached by Route woodridge-terrace347 to Canal Road, a left to Plymouth Avenue and left to Chippendale Drive. Since this is an established community, units may need some updating.

Sometimes known as Strathmore Terrace, these are attached Ranch style floor plans with 1 or 2 bedrooms. Each unit has central air conditioning, clean and efficient electric heat and cooking, laundry areas with washer and dryer and individual thermostats in every room. Many of the condos here have an attached garage, but not all of them.
