Approximately 40 miles from New York City, Harbour Point can be reached by taking Route 25A to Ocean Avenue heading North. These are attached units each with central air conditioning, garages and lower levels that are above grade. This lovely community is situated within the Northport-East Northport School District #4. Some are guard gated with clubhouse and amenities. There are those that are gated Condos and do not have a clubhouse, but they may have a pool and tennis courts.
