There were a total of 16 luxury homes in Nassau and Suffolk County that sold for $2,000,000 and up during the month of October 2010. This does not include for sale by owner homes, non-member sales, or non-published sales. An Estate home sold in Head of Harbor with 6 bedrooms 5.5 baths for $2,000,000 in Zip Code 11780 and the highest price sold on Long Island was a Colonial with 7 bedrooms and 9.55 baths sold in Upper Brookville for $5,000,000 within Zip Code 11545.
