Commack is accessible from the Long Island Expressway, Northern State Parkway, Sunken Meadow State Park, and Jericho Turnpike.  There is no walkable “Main Street” in Commack, but it is surrounded by plenty of shopping, restaurants and parks.

Stony Brook Long Island | Homes In The “P” Section | Three Village School District #1

Located in Stony Brook New York and Suffolk County Long Island, there is a single family residential home community known as The ”P” Section.

The P Section in Stony Brook Long Island is situated in the Town Of Brookhaven and consists of addresses with the street names starting with the letter P.  Here, we think we have included most, if not all, of them ~ Pembrook Drive, Perigree and Parsons Drive, Parish Ct, Pensdale, Pheasant, Pickwick and Patriot Ct, as well as Palfrey Street.
 
The homes in the “P” Section of Stony Brook are mostly Ranches, Colonial, Expanded Ranch, Farm Ranch and Cape style designs.  Most of these residences do not have basements, but most do have attached garages.  The Stony Brook “P” Section was built mostly during the mid 1960′s, mostly around 1966.
