The T Section at Lake Grove New York is a lovely residential single family home community in Suffolk County Long Island.

Built mostly in the 1960’s and 1970’s,  The T Section is situated within two Long Island School Districts - The 3 Village School District #1, and The Middle Country School District #11.  The T Section in Lake Grove Long Island can be reached by Route 347 to Pond Path and a right onto Twisting Drive.  These are Ranch, Colonial and Cape style homes on pretty, well-groomed tree lined streets.  Most of the homes here do not have basements, but they do have a garage.

    You can reach these prestigious homes by Route 25A to Wading-River/Manor Road and a left on Hidden Acres Path.  Birchwood At Wading River is about 85 minutes to Manhattan and 12 miles to the North Fork in The Hamptons.  These Victorian style homes were build with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2 and 3 car garages, full basements, a front porch, central air conditioning and gas heat.  They range in size from approximately 2,300 sq ft to over 4,000 sq ft.  Birchwood is situated in the Shoreham-Wading River School District #1.  Some of the street names in this community are Canterbury Drive, Merion Circle, Taconic Court, Inverness, Salem, Indianwood, Oakmont, Brookline, Calverton, and Riviera Court, and Maidstone Lane.  Each home sits on roughly 3/4 of an acre, and no two houses have the same color as the home next door.  According to public records and the multiple listing service between  June 2009 and September 2009 homes at Birchwood in Wading River sold from $485,000 to $765,000.
