Located in Stony Brook New York and Suffolk County Long Island, there is a single family residential home community known as The ”P” Section.

The P Section in Stony Brook Long Island is situated in the Town Of Brookhaven and consists of addresses with the street names starting with the letter P.  Here, we think we have included most, if not all, of them ~ Pembrook Drive, Perigree and Parsons Drive, Parish Ct, Pensdale, Pheasant, Pickwick and Patriot Ct, as well as Palfrey Street.

All The Setaukets are situated within Zip Code 11733 in Suffolk County Long Island. Setauket Long Island is positioned between 3 major roadways including Route 25A, Sheep Pasture Road, and Route 347.  
 
The Setauket area is located on Long Island’s North Shore in the Town of Brookhaven.  This area is accessible from The Long Island Expressway via Exit 62N.  The Three Village School District #1 is where the Setauket community can attend school. 
    There are also some Condominium communities in the Setauket area.  Preparing your home for sale is necessary when it comes to getting every dollar you can at the sale. Things that a seller may consider unimportant may be a concern to a potential buyer. Perception is important when it comes to selling your home.

Here are some tips to help prepare your home for a sale…

  

 

 

 Outdoors:

  • Mow and trim the lawn and shrubs.  

  • Plant flowers for color. 

  • Clean the windows and the exterior of your home.

  • Get rid of any debris that doesn’t belong in the yard.

Indoors:

  •  Pack any unnecessary items and get rid of your collectibles. It’s your stuff, but it’s clutter to a buyer. 

  • Clean the inside of the home completely. Shampoo the carpets, remove any stains, paint if necessary.
