Stonebridge Estates was built with both Colonial and Ranch style single family homes with approximately 2,500 to to 3,600 sq ft of living space.  These 105 detached residences  all have backyards that face the Stonebridge Golf Links and each  residence has approximately .17 acres of property that is maintained by the HOA. 

Stonebridge is a country club lifestyle with 134 acres of manicured lawns and a fresh water lake maintained by the Homeowners Association.  Students living at this private community attend the Hauppauge School District #6.  According to public records for the year 2008 homes sold between $764,700 for a bank owned property to  to $950,000.

Willow Wood at Smithtown Long Island

Willow Wood is a small condo community run by a homeowner’s association located in Smithtown Long Island.

Built betweeen 1997 and 1998, Willow Wood offers a pool, clubhouse, and exercise room and is a pet friendly community. There were several floorplans built at this North Shore condo which include  Applewood, Beechwood, Cedarwood, Dogwood, and Elmwood, ranging in size from 2 bedrooms 2 baths to 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths.  There are mostly 2 story townhouse styles with some ranches also.

Willow Wood can be reached by Route 347 East to Terry Road and then a right into the community. There are 2 roads running through Willow Wood which are Merrimack Road and Monitor Road. This is not a gated community but is a private area with neatly manicured property and a pretty Gazebo. No basements at Willow Wood, but there are garages. In 2008, according to public records and the multiple listing service, a unit at Willow Wood sold and closed for $415,000. Students attend the Smithtown School District #1.

Located along Stone Gate Ct, these townhouses are within the Smithtown School District #1.  The Regency is next to another townhome community called Willow Ridge. Public records shows that a townhouse at The Regency sold in 2008 for $520,000 with 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths and a 1 car garage.
