Tanglewood is a cozy Cooperative community with 32 apartments nestled by Route 111 North of Route 347. It is near the intersection of Maple Avenue in Smithtown Long Island.

Opened in 1965, Tanglewood’s exterior has been updated including the patios, walkways, driveway and parking lot. There is a Special Assessment on for these updates until 2026.  These are garden style units with upper and lower level units. The upper units have a terrace and the lower units have a patio. There are no assigned parking spaces, but there is ample space in the back of the units for homeowners.

These are 1 and 2 bedroom apartments at Tanglewood, with one full bath. The monthly maintenance charge includes heat and taxes. Each unit has gas heat. If you need air conditioning, there is space to add window units in the living room and bedrooms. The complex has laundry facilities in the basement of the “A” units.

Ridge New York 55+Leisure Village, Leisure Knoll, Leisure Glen
