You can reach this neighborhood from The Long Island Expressway Exit 70. Go South and take a right on Chapman. There are no amenities here, but the community is well-maintained. Easy access to Long Island Expressway and Sunrise Highway.

The units, which are 2 story townhouse and some ranch style, were constructed with 2- and 3-bedroom units with 1.5 or 2 baths. Not all units have air-conditioners, some have a garage, and there is gas heat, and backyard patios. Monthly common charge fee includes lawn maintenance and snow removal. Pets are permitted.
