Baiting Hollow New York Condos

There are condo communities in Baiting Hollow New York that share amenities.

The Bluffs, The Knolls At Fox Hill, and The Reserve.

These are all attached units in groupings. The Reserve is the newest, opened in 2017, has an attached garage, but has the smallest number of condos. The Bluffs was opened in 1984, and can be on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor. There are no elevators and no garages.  The Knolls was opened in the 1990’s.  There is central air conditioning and gas heat. Pets are now permitted.

You can reach these neighborhoods from Sound Avenue heading North to Oakleigh Avenue.

There is private beach access, (there may be an extra fee) an in-ground pool, tennis courts, bocce and volley ball.  The landscape of these Baiting Hollow residences is lined with farm stands, wineries and golf courses, and outlet shopping.

These three All-Age communities are within the Riverhead School District #2, and according to the Long Island Railroad website, time to NYC From Riverhead is 2 hours and 12 minutes at peak.  According to public records of the multiple listing service, in 2018, Condos at these Baiting Hollow Long Island residences sold between $268,500 to $525,000.
