The Summit At High Point In Roslyn Heights New York

The Summit at High Point North Hills is a gated community located in Roslyn Heights Long Island in Zip Code 11577.

This is really 3 communities using the same 24 hour security gatehouse. There’s High Point, The Summit I, and Summit II. All three use the same 24 Hour Guard-Gated Entry near Powerhouse Road. High Point is the units at the first level as you drive into the community, and The Summit I and II are up the hill. Summit II is also called The Mansion.

Located by Exit 37 N Willis Avenue by The Long Island Expressway, The Summit at High Point condominium is close to all major roadways and upscale shopping. At High Point, there is a membership fee for pools, clubhouse, tennis and health club. At Summit I and II, the fee is included in the monthly common charge. There’s a clubhouse, indoor/outdoor pool, tennis and health club. All units have a monthly fee to cover the maintenance of the common areas.
