The Admiralty At Bayshore Long Island New York

The Admiralty in Bay Shore Long Island is an established community on the South Shore in Suffolk County New York.

Opened in 1977, you can reach The Admiralty near Montauk Highway approximately 1 mile East of Robert Moses causeway. The Admiralty at Bay Shore is a gated homeowner’s association community that was built on 230 acres. For the enjoyment of the community, The Admiralty has a clubhouse, pool, lighted tennis courts, marina, bocci, card games, and social events throughout the year.

There are ranch and 2-story style floor plans here, with a 1 or 2 car garage, situated within the Bay Shore School District #1. Presently, there is a mortgage improvement loan for the community and each homeowner must pay an extra fee with their common charges until approximately 2015. The street names in this community are Captains Way, Admirals Drive, Anchor, Helm, Marina and Harbour Lane. Docking fees here depend on the size of the boat. If you are going to do some improvements on your home, there is a refundable security fee due to the association that determines the improvements are done according to their guidelines. This is a pet friendly neighborhood.
