There are two Condo communities called Country Pointe in Nesconset New York 11767

The original Country Pointe in Nesconset NY was opened in 2000 by Middle Country Road, just East of Route 347. 

Country Pointe Smithtown North (also in Nesconset) was opened in 2003 near Route 347 and Browns Road.

What Can You Tell Me About The Country Pointe Condos In Nesconset NY?

Several Floor Plans were built at the first Nesconset Country Pointe off Middle County Road and East of Route 347. These include 1 level Condos either on the 1st or 2nd floor, 2 Story Townhouses and also  Ranch Floor Plans. Some of the units have basements, and some have an attached garage. This is a 24 hour guard-gated community. There’s a clubhouse, gym, heated salt-water pool, tennis and play area. According to public records of the multiple listing service, so far as of this date ( June 2013) there were sold condos between $360,000 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit to $410,000 for a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath.

UPDATE 2015 SOLD: $378,000 – $570,000

Country Pointe North, you will find off Route 347 and Browns Road is also a 24 hour guard-gated community. Two models were constructed here; the Brookfield Townhouse with a 1 car garage, and the Arden which has the master bedroom on the main level and is an end unit with a 2 car garage.  Some of the amenities here are a pool, clubhouse, gym, card room, bocci and tennis. When checking public records of the multiple listing service, a of June 2013, we found that 2 Townhouses sold between $575,000 to $585,000.

Update 2015 SOLD At Country Pointe North: $525,000 – $639,000
