The Co-operative is located in Holtsville Long Island 11742, in Suffolk County New York. To reach this community, you can take the Long Island Expressway to Exit 61 S to Waverly. Bear right to Buckley and continue to complex.

When you live at Birchwood Glen, you have the convenience of a code-gated entry, clubhouse, pool, tennis, gym, basketball court, play area, card room and community room. There is a monthly maintenance fee that includes taxes, heat, water, basic cable, lawn care and snow removal. There is gas cooking here, and each owner pays their own electric bill. Pets are permitted.

Birchwood Glen in Holtsville was build in the 1970’s with a variety of architectural exteriors. There are upper and ground level units, and also some townhouses with 3 bedrooms on the upper level, and 2.5 baths.
