North Isle Village Co-Op Coram New York

North Isle Village is a co-operative community located in Coram Long Island in Suffolk County New York.

This community is situated by Exit 63N and The Long Island Expressway, near Gibbs Road.  The community offers pools, tennis, a community center, gym, basketball and play area. Pets are permitted, and there are laundry facilities on the premises. North Isle Village is a co-op with 1 or 2 bedroom upper or lower unit apartments. Some duplex units have washer/dryers in the unit, and the 2 bedrooms are on the upper level. Because this is a co-operative, anyone wishing to move into this community must appear before the Board.  There is an application fee and credit check charge.  The area is served by the Longwood School District #12.
