Colonial Woods and Whispering Pines can be reached by the Long Island Expressway Exit 68N to the first traffic light and left into Colonial Woods Drive.  According to public records, townhouses at Whipering Pines and Colonial Woods in Yaphank N ew York sold in 2008 from $225,000 for a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath unit to $290,000 for a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse.
