Lattingtown Ponds is a private community situated around Athem Drive, Robin Court, Cardinal Court, Sparrow Court, and Swan Court, and is across the road from the Glen Cove Golf Course.
The community is located on approximately 60 prime acres and it offers a clubhouse, pool, tennis, pond, beach rights, landscaping, and snow removal. Each unit has a garage and full basement. When purchasing in this community, there is the cost of common charge fees, taxes, and village taxes.
