You can reach this Suffolk County community of Brittany Hills by the Long Island Expressway Exit 58N and follow Old Nichols Road to Browns Road bearing right and a left  Summerfield Drive.

Built in the 1960’s and 1970’s, Brittany Hills is an established residential neighborhood with tree-lined streets with Colonial, Ranch and Splanch style homes.  Most of the houses here have basements and attached garages.  The community consists of the street names of Summerfield Drive, Eliot Drive, Amboy Lane, Sussex, Cornelia, Kristi, Decatur Lane, Hudson and Oneida Avenue and Cody Place.

The Brittany Hills neighborhood is within the Sachem School District #5 and you can get school information at 631-471-1300. According to public records and the multiple listing service, between March 2009 to November 2009 there were closed sales at Brittany Hills from $360,000 for a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath Colonial to $435,000 for a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath Splanch.
