The community is surrounded by street names of Lakeside Lane, Doral, Cedar Ridge, Pleasant, Oakmont, and Swan Ct.  These attached townhouses have garage, central air conditioning, gas heat, and backyard patios.  Public records for 2009 indicate that townhouses at Windemere sold between $375,000 to $450,000.
