These homes ranged in price from $285,000 for a 2 bedroom 1 bath cozy cottage that needed some TLC to $1,300,000 for a 6 bedroom 4.5 bath Colonial.  Fairfield at St. James, a 55+ active condo community in St James New York, had sales between $170,000 for a 1 bedroom 1 bath unit to $394,000 for a 3 bedroom 2.5 condo.
