Opened in 2001 it is surrounded by Sunflower Ridge Road. Three Village Green are attached and detached townhouses situated by Route 347 and Pond Path in Suffolk County New York. This pet friendly community is run by a homeowners association and has a gated entry with a call-box code system. The amenities at Three Village Green include a pool, clubhouse, gym and play area. 

Situated within the top rated Three Village School District #1, Three Village Green has basements, 1 and 2 car garages, patios, central air conditioning and gas heat. You can reach Three Village Green by Route 347 to Nichols Road and a left on Pond Path. At the traffic light make a right onto Sunflower Ridge Road. 

Close-by you will find Stony Brook Hospital, Stony Brook University, Home Depot, Target, supermarket shopping, restaurants, banking and major roadways.  According to public records of the multiple listing service, residences at Three Village Green in S. Setauket Long Island had closed sales in 2012 from $415,000 to $436,500. As of this date (June 2013) no units have been sold. This does not include private or non-member sales.
