This Upscale community includes Colonial, Traditional and Post Modern style large homes. The neighborhood has a clubhouse, pool, tennis and gym. Lot sizes range from 3/4 acres to over 1 acre. According to public records of the multiple listing service in 2013 homes sold between for $1,562,500 to $2,615,000.
Sweet Hollow Farms: Single family homes surrounded by Old Bridge Ct. These are Post Modern homes situated on approximately 1 acre with a code gated system at the entry of this neighborhood. You can navigate to this Cul-De-Sac by taking the Northern State Parkway Exit Round Swamp Road, turn right and then left at Old Country Road to Gate. (No amenities here). In 2013, there was a sale for $1,450,000.
Villages West: Opened in 2006, this is a 24 hour security gatehouse by its entrance at McGovern Drive. It offers clubhouse, pool, tennis, play area and walking path. Detached Single Family homes sold in 2013 from $820,000 – $870,000.
