Sweet Hollow Farms: Single family homes surrounded by Old Bridge Ct. These are Post Modern homes situated on approximately 1 acre with a code gated system at the entry of this neighborhood. You can navigate to this Cul-De-Sac by taking the Northern State Parkway Exit Round Swamp Road, turn right and then left at Old Country Road to Gate. (No amenities here).
Villages West: Opened in 2006, this is a 24 hour security gatehouse by its entrance at McGovern Drive. It offers clubhouse, pool, tennis, play area and walking path. It is comprised of single family homes, attached and semi-attached Townhouses, semi-attached Ranch styles, and attached Condos in groupings. The common charges include maintaining the common areas, but homeowners are responsible for their own lawn care.
