Located in Riverhead Long Island, Sunken Pond Estates, Saddle Lakes and Stoneleigh Woods can be reached from the Long Island Expressway Exit 73 heading towards County Road 58. A left on Mill and right on Middle will get you to these 3 Over 55 Communities.
Sunken Ponds– Opened in 2005, Sunken Ponds includes a clubhouse, cozy gym, pool, card room, and bocci. Included in the common charges is the lawn maintenance and snow removal at this pet friendly community. The neighborhood is surrounded by the street names of Pebble Beach Path, Winged Foot Way, Augusta Alley, Baltusrol Blvd, Amen Corner, Carnoustie Ct, and St Andrews Avenue. According to public records of the multiple listing service, in 2014 Condos in Saddle Lakes sold between $317,500 to $460,000.
