It is located in the Miller Place School District #8, and the Sound Beach Fire District. Mail may be delivered to a Miller Place address using a Miller Place Post Office box, or delivered to the home using a Sound Beach mailing address. Residents are welcome to use the Port Jefferson or the Comsewogue Public Library.
Residents enter this Single Family home community by a Private Electronically Coded Gate. There is an annual operating dues to live in this neighborhood that is paid to the Scott’s Beach Club, Inc.
