Story Book is a lovely Single Family Residential suburban home neighborhood in Suffolk County NY.  The homes at St. James Story Book mostly consist of Colonial and Ranch designs with some newer Post Modern Floor Plans. Most have 3/4 bedrooms, 1.5 or more baths, attached garages and full basements. The original homes were built in the 1960’s.

 

This Suffolk County address is situated within The Smithtown School District #1. The area encompasses King Arthurs Ct, Storybook Lane, Cinderella Lane, Camelot Lane, Lancelot Ct, Fable Road, Pumpkin Road and Hillside Avenue. Within the same area is Richie Ct, Sansun Lane and Gordon Gate (but not part of the original homesites).

 

Story Book in St James can be reached by Middle Country Road/Route 25, North On Hillside Ave, or Moriches Road to Woodlawn to Hillside Avenue.
