You can reach Country Woods from the Northern State Parkway East To The End. Bear Left on Route 347 East 7 Miles To Alexander Avenue. Turn Left At Traffic Light and Country Woods Is To The Right.

Country Woods in St. James Long Island is comprised of Single Family Homes, with an electronic gate for privacy at it’s entry.  At this North Shore location, Country Woods has a monthly maintenance fee which is applied to the cost of the gate and the roads. The Homeowners are responsible for maintaining their own lawns and snow removal.  There are no recreational facilities at this sub-division, and owners cannot use the facilities at The Hamlet Estates, which was constructed by the same builder.

The neighborhood is surrounded by plenty of shopping outside the gates and the Smithhaven Mall is across the road. These are Colonial and Ranch Style Floor Plans at Country Woods in St. James.
