Stony Brook Long Island’s  H-Section is a Single Family Home community on The North Shore in the Town of Brookhaven. This tree-lined neighborhood consists of addresses within the street names of Hastings Drive, Harwick Lane, Hopewell Drive, Haskill Lane & Ct, Harwick Lane, Hargrove Drive, Holyoke Lane, Hadley Ct, Helm Place, Harmon Ct, and Hilton Ct ( I think I named them all).
There are a variety of home styles including Ranches, Colonial, Farm Ranch, Expanded Ranch and Cape. Most of these residences do not have a basement, but they do have a 1 or 2 car attached garage. The H Section was mostly built during the 1960’s. Homes are priced from the quaint to moderate.
