The community is surrounded by Avery Lane and Halley Lane.

The Vineyards is a gated community with a call-box code system at the entry. The amenities offered is a clubhouse, pool, tennis, gym and walking path on its 14 acres. There is a monthly common charge fee that maintains the common areas and snow is removed.
