The first Willow Wood (which is in Hauppauge Long Island with Smithtown Schools) was opened in 1995. You can navigate to Route 347 and Mt. Pleasant Road to the entry at Plantation Drive.
This Smithtown Willow Wood Condo offers a pool, clubhouse, and exercise room. There were several floor plans built at this North Shore condominium which include the Applewood, Beechwood, Cedarwood, Dogwood, and Elmwood, ranging in size from 2 bedrooms 2 baths to 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths. This is not a gated community, but is nestled among neatly manicured landscaping and a relaxing Gazebo. No basements at Willow Wood, but there are attached 1 car garages. Average taxes per year were $11,300 and average monthly common charge was approximately $340.00.
