You can reach Sagamore Hills by taking the Long Island Expressway to Exit 63N and following Route 112 to the Entrance. This is a pet friendly community built in the 1970’s. It offers the residents a clubhouse, gym, pool, tennis, basketball and play area. This neighborhood is served by The Comsewogue School District #3.
Sagamore Hills offers townhouse style floor plans with the bedrooms on the upper level, and ranch style floor plans, when available. They were constructed with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units, 1 or 1.5 baths, with central air conditioning and gas heat. As you drive through Sagamore Hills there is a directional sign which points to the direction of your destination within the community.
There are no garages here, but there is ample parking for homeowners and their guests. The community is NOT FHA approved. Buyers must pay a fee to Homeowners Association for Processing before moving into this community.
