Country Pointe At Miller Place New York was opened in 2002. You can reach this neighborhood by The Long Island Expressway Exit 63N for approximately 8 miles to Route 25A. A right turn to Miller Place Road and another right and you will have arrived to the gated entry at County Pointe.

Here’s a lovely community on Long Island that is not very common for our area. It’s a Single Family Home neighborhood called Summerfield Estates that we visited with an out-of-town potential buyer.

Summerfield Estates is located in Holtsville Long Island 11742. It’s a 24 hour guard-gated community that features Single Family Homes. This unique residential complex includes several distinctive home styles including Colonial, Victorian, Post Modern and Ranch style floor plans.

Summerfield is easily reached by taking the Long Island Expressway to the North Ocean Avenue Exit and following it to the Summerfield Estates Gatehouse. Opened in 1997 on over 200 acres, these residences have gas heat, central air conditioning, a one or two car garage, basements and backyard patios. The homes were constructed with approximately 1,800 to over 3,000 sq ft and are positioned on approximately 1/4 acre of property and up. There are homes on Summerfield Drive, Blueberry Ridge Drive, Lavender Lane, Laurel Lane, Lilac Lane, Mayflower Lane, Willow Bend Lane, Hickory Hill, plus several other Courts on Cul-De-Sacs in the community.

We have been asked by Buyers: Are there are amenities at Summerfield Estates in Holtsville? Yes, for the enjoyment of the owners there is a clubhouse, pools, and tennis courts. Summerfield is served by The Sachem School District #5 including Lynwood Avenue Elementary, Sagamore Middle School and High School East.
