The Greens is a Luxury All-Age Condo community in Manhasset Long Island in Zip Code 11030.

 

Opened in 1978 on Long Island’s famed North Shore, you can reach The Greens from The Long Island Expressway Exit 35.  Take a left at the second community along Shelter Rock Road. (or Exit 27N by The Northern State Parkway).

This is not a gated community, but it is a private luxury neighborhood. It’s surrounded by Fairway Circle and Fairway Drive. There is a community pool and tennis courts, and pets are welcomed. The Greens is served by The Manhasset School District #6.
